We make car care and detailing products that people genuinely obsess over, and in a short space of time we have built a following most brands spend a decade chasing. We sell across our own website, Amazon and TikTok Shop, and we are scaling fast.

The role:
We are looking for a Head of Partnerships \& Social to take full ownership of our social presence and our creator network. This is a senior, hands on role with real responsibility from day one. You will be the person who owns how Hydro shows up across social, who we work with, and how we turn that into growth.
You will live and breathe our channels, you will know our audience inside out, and you will be constantly bringing new creators, collaborations and partnerships to the table. We want someone who treats this brand like it is their own.
\- Social management and growth
\- Owning multiple social pages across all platforms, including everything from planning and posting to engagement and community management
\- Driving real, measurable growth across our channels rather than just keeping the lights on
\- Staying ahead of trends, formats and platform changes so we are always one step in front
\- Working closely with our video and content team to make sure we are always putting out our best work
\- Creator and UGC roster
\- Taking full ownership of our UGC creator roster and growing it every single day
\- Recruiting and drafting new creators into the brand to produce content and push out ads with us
\- Building genuine relationships with creators so they want to keep working with us
\- Managing briefs, deliverables and timelines so content lands when and how it needs to
\- Partnerships and events
\- Planning and running events, from small activations to larger brand moments
\- Sourcing and securing collaborations with the right brands, creators and partners
\- Owning larger partnership planning from first idea through to delivery
\- Spotting opportunities the rest of the market has not noticed yet
Who we are looking for
Essential
\- Real, demonstrable experience in social, events or partnerships
\- Brilliant at social media, with a natural feel for what makes content perform and what does not
\- Driven, self motivated and comfortable taking the lead without waiting to be told what to do
\- Organised enough to juggle multiple platforms, creators and projects at once
\- Someone who wants to grow with a brand, not just clock in and clock out
Nice to have
\- A genuine interest in cars, detailing or the automotive world
\- Experience working with UGC creators or influencer rosters
\- Hands on experience with paid social or running ads
\- A network of creators or partners you can bring with you

£26,000 per year
Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, based in our Gloucester office
