Accountabilities
In this role, you will define and lead the strategy for the partner and supply-side experience, building scalable systems that improve performance, quality, and engagement across a global ecosystem. You will translate operational challenges into product-driven solutions while ensuring adoption, scalability, and measurable business impact.
- Define and lead the end-to-end strategy for partner and supply-side experience across the platform ecosystem.
- Build and optimize partner-facing tools such as dashboards, performance systems, ratings, incentive models, and quality frameworks.
- Improve partner onboarding, engagement, and retention through scalable product and operational solutions.
- Design and implement systems for performance measurement, rankings, reputation, and quality control.
- Drive adoption of internal tools by aligning product capabilities with operational workflows.
- Identify supply-side growth opportunities and translate them into product roadmap initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Establish frameworks for managing supply quality and ecosystem health at scale.
- Leverage data and AI-driven capabilities to enhance partner experience and decision-making.
- Lead execution of strategic initiatives that improve marketplace efficiency and partner success.
Requirements
This role requires strong experience in product or platform leadership, ideally within marketplace or ecosystem-driven businesses. You should have a deep understanding of supply-side dynamics and proven ability to build scalable systems that improve partner performance and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience in product, platform, or domain leadership within marketplaces or supply-driven ecosystems.
- Strong background in managing partner, seller, provider, or supply-side experiences.
- Experience designing performance systems, ranking models, incentive structures, or quality frameworks.
- Ability to translate operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Track record of driving adoption of internal tools and platform systems.
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in marketplace domains such as ride-hailing, delivery, classifieds, or creator platforms is a plus.
