WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Managing operations, leadership, and development of employees and teams


• Budget responsibility, including ensuring optimal capacity utilization


• Developing and implementing operational strategies


• Process improvement: continuously analyzing and optimizing current business procedures, workflows, and supply chains to increase productivity and reduce costs


• Ensuring we deliver on our customer commitments, meet SLAs and KPIs, and maintain inventory reliability


• Implementing preventive initiatives to minimize the risk of operational disruptions

• You come from a similar Head of Operations role and/or have several years of experience within logistics and leadership, including development and implementation of internal processes


• You are a strong leader who leads by example


• You have solid and broad knowledge of logistics software such as WMS, (Blue Yonder WMS preferred).


• You are familiar with legislation and safety standards within logistics.


• You are data\-driven and able to make decisions and argue based on KPIs and business insights


• You possess strong communication and negotiation skills


• You are accustomed to working under pressure and taking responsibility for complex decisions


• You are fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken


• Most importantly, however, you are engaged and highly driven. You are ready to learn our business and contribute to Rhenus’ continued success.
