Your role
As Head of Operations Management within Fighter Aircraft, BU Gripen, you will play a key role in driving and developing our operational performance. You will lead a team and work closely with managers and stakeholders across the organization to create structure, improve ways of working and turn strategic objectives into action.

The role combines leadership, operational management and continuous improvement. You will identify improvement opportunities, set priorities and drive initiatives from idea to implementation. You will also support management with analysis and performance follow-up to enable informed decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and develop the Operations Management team and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop and improve processes, structures and ways of working to strengthen operational performance.
Follow up on KPIs and business objectives, identify improvement areas and drive actions to achieve results.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and support management in planning, prioritization and decision-making.

Your profile
We are looking for an experienced leader who combines a strong business perspective with a hands-on approach to operational development. You are comfortable working in a complex environment, creating structure and driving change together with others.
You have:
Several years of experience in a leadership or management role within operations, business development or a similar area.
Experience of leading teams and driving improvements that deliver measurable results.
Experience working with KPIs, performance management and data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust across different functions and levels.

As a leader, you create engagement, take initiative and follow through. You are able to see the bigger picture while keeping focus on what needs to happen here and now. You are also comfortable challenging existing ways of working and turning ideas into action.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
