Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution?
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee marketing strategy, team management, campaign delivery, and brand development for an in-house team, while remaining actively involved across digital marketing, content, events, SEO, paid media, and reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, adapting quickly to changing business needs, and working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in driving marketing activity, leading a small team, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities • Own and deliver overall marketing strategy, annual marketing plan and budget.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Oversee SEO, website performance, paid media, email marketing, social media, and content activity.
- Review and approve all marketing communications, content, and creative assets before publication.
- Manage agency, supplier, and partner relationships.
- Lead the delivery of events, thought leadership campaigns, and key marketing projects.
- Monitor performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and across multiple global offices to support commercial objectives.
This role requires a proactive, organised, and adaptable marketer who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within an in-house environment.
- Strong generalist marketing knowledge across SEO, digital, content, design, events, and analytics.
- Experience managing people, projects, and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
