The Role

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the integrated marketing plan for our Hospitals and Clinical services. As Head of Marketing – Hospitals \& Clinical Services, you will lead the development of joined\-up, insight\-led campaigns and always\-on activity that drive patient growth, service utilisation and commercial performance.

Acting as the single point of accountability, you’ll bring together cross\-functional expertise to align priorities, manage dependencies and ensure clear performance tracking. Working in close partnership with Commercial, Clinical and Operational leaders, you’ll translate business priorities into impactful marketing, while delivering a clear and compelling performance narrative at Executive level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Integrated Marketing Planning: Own and deliver the integrated marketing plan across Hospitals and Care services, aligning all channels to commercial and patient growth priorities

  • Translate Strategy into Delivery: Turn business and trading priorities into clear, actionable marketing plans—managing budgets, channel mix and dependencies

  • Drive Cross\-Functional Execution: Lead a virtual team and agency partners to deliver joined\-up campaigns and always\-on activity from brief through to evaluation

  • Own Commercial Performance: Be accountable for marketing’s contribution to key metrics, including patient volumes, revenue, service utilisation and retention

  • Lead Insight \& Optimisation: Own performance reporting and narrative, using data and test\-and\-learn approaches to continuously improve outcomes

  • Influence \& Improve Ways of Working: Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Clinical and Operations to align priorities and embed effective, scalable marketing processes
About You

You’re a commercially focused marketing leader ideally within Healthcare who brings clarity, pace and impact—translating strategy into activity that delivers meaningful business and patient outcomes.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate business priorities into marketing activity that drives measurable growth

  • Deep understanding of the full marketing mix, with experience delivering integrated campaigns across Paid Media, CRM, PR, Content, Digital and Creative

  • Highly data\-literate, able to interrogate performance, identify key insights and draw clear, actionable conclusions

  • Confident communicator, creating clear, insight\-led updates and recommendations for senior and executive audiences

  • Delivery\-focused, with a disciplined approach to planning, governance and driving outcomes over activity

  • Significant senior marketing experience within a complex, performance\-led environment (healthcare experience beneficial), spanning acquisition and retention

  • A senior but hands\-on leader, you thrive in a small team environment—personally driving delivery as well as shaping strategy
