We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the brand and marketing strategy across exciting and culturaly relevant music brands, venues, and live entertainment across London. This role would suit someone from an agency background working on immersive, exciting and memorable events which drive the London nightlife culture!
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who understands the intersection of culture, brand, audience growth, and live events.
The Role
- Leading overarching brand and marketing strategy across multiple music, venue and entertainment brands
- Managing and developing a team of 12
- Overseeing content, creative, and design functions to deliver standout campaigns and content strategies
- Driving audience growth, ticket sales, and long-term customer engagement
- Leading paid media strategy, audience development, and CRM direction
- Ensuring each brand maintains a clear and distinct voice, identity, and positioning
- Building marketing systems, processes, and reporting structures to improve performance
- Partnering with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy and new business opportunities
- Understand how to build culturally relevant brands that deliver commercial success
- Have experience managing creative, content, and marketing teams
- Think strategically while remaining highly execution-focused and detail-oriented
- Possess a strong understanding of audience psychology, digital marketing, and modern discovery behaviour
- Demonstrate excellent creative judgement and high standards across brand and design
- Ticketing experience is highly desired!
- Confident and passionate about managing, developing, and coaching high-performing individuals within commercially driven environments
