The Role

As Head of Marketing, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and "sleeves rolled up" execution. You’ll be obsessed with the numbers, constantly analysing data, testing new channels, and identifying the next big growth opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Engine: Deliver the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across all acquisition channels.


• Master Media Buying: Lead and optimise paid channels, ensuring scalable growth and a relentless focus on ROI.


• Drive Revenue: Use data-led campaign optimisation to fuel customer acquisition and business-wide growth.


• Lead the Talent: Mentor and develop a high-performing digital team, fostering a culture of accountability and results.


• Innovate & Scale: Identify new experiments and scaling strategies, keeping the business ahead of the curve.


• Partner with Leadership: Manage budgets and report performance insights directly to the senior team.

• Sector Expertise: 5+ years in D2C digital marketing, ideally within FMCG, E-commerce, or high-lead-gen environments.


• Performance DNA: A proven track record in media buying and performance marketing strategy.


• SME/Scale-up Experience: You understand the speed and agility required to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business.


• Analytical Mindset: Expert knowledge of data, attribution, and campaign optimisation.


• Hands-on Leadership: A leader who can navigate the boardroom but isn't afraid to execute campaigns when needed.
