We are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate as our interim Head of Marketing and Communications.
About the role
------------------
In this post, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the IOE's marketing and communications strategy, leading a high\-performing cross\-functional team of marketing, communications and events professionals to provide an impactful service for the faculty and its six academic departments. You will shape, deliver and monitor both external and internal communications for the IOE – a world\-leading faculty in education and social sciences.
The role will include delivering the faculty’s annual marketing and communication strategy across student recruitment, communications and digital, engagement and events, brand and campaigns. In addition, working with faculty leadership and Heads of Departments to deliver the critical function of domestic and international recruitment for ITE, UG and PG through effective data\-driven marketing strategies and channel management to attract and convert a high calibre and diverse pipeline of applicants.

About you
-------------
With a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing, communications, or commensurate experience, you will also have proven experience of leading and delivering integrated marketing and communications strategies in a complex, multi\-stakeholder environment, including successfully managing a team to implement those strategies effectively.

This post is offered to UCL staff only, on a secondment basis from October 26 – September 27\.
