Part of Iconic Hotels and Resorts, The Lensbury is located on the Banks of the River Thames at Teddington and is home to an exclusive leisure club, a 156 bedroom hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant and bar, Spa and 25 acres of gardens and grounds.
Our Racquets facilities include multiple tennis surfaces (4 clay, 3 grass, 4 artificial grass, 8 floodlit macadam, 3 floodlit mini and 2 mini red artificial grass courts), alongside 2 full\-sized squash courts, 3 Pickleball courts and 2 new Padel courts.
The Role
The Head Racquets Professional In conjunction with the Club GM Leisure Operations Manager, will develop and implement the annual racquets strategy aligned with club objectives.
The role will prioritise strategic oversight, coaching quality, adult programme development and member engagement. Operational delivery and day\-to\-day administration will be delegated to the Racquets Administrator, Head of Junior Racquets Programme and coaching team where appropriate.
The postholder will focus on adult racquets participation, coaching standards, financial performance, facility management, and the continued growth of racquet sports within the club.
