Head of Investor Relations

Stillfront Group is seeking an experienced Head of Investor Relations reporting to the Group CFO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the investor relations strategy, communicating the company's financial performance and growth strategy to investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. This role requires a strategic thinker with a doer attitude and a strong understanding of capital markets.

YOUR MISSION

• Lead and develop the Investor Relations team


• Build and execute an IR strategy that brings Stillfront's value proposition, growth story and financial performance to life


• Act as the primary point of contact for analysts, institutional investors and individual shareholders


• Prepare and present at earnings calls, investor conferences, one to one meetings and other investor events


• Partner closely with the CEO, CFO and key stakeholders on accurate, timely reporting and regulatory compliance


• Track industry trends, peer performance and investor sentiment, and translate them into strategic insight for leadership


• Drive the development of investor materials: press releases, investor presentations, annual reports


• Stay on top of IR regulations and guidelines


• Keep the IR section of stillfront.com current with the latest news and financial information

YOUR BACKSTORY

• 6 to 10 years in investor relations, finance or capital markets. Tech sector experience is a strong plus


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's or CFA is a plus


• Deep understanding of financial statements, equity markets and IR best practices


• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Swedish, with a talent for making complex things clear


• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset, comfortable building relationships with staff, board members, external partners and investors


• Strategic thinker with a doer attitude, strong analytical and problem solving skills


• Able to juggle multiple projects in a fast moving environment
