We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Head of International Transfer Agency to join our Transfer Agency team. This role is located in EMEA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead and oversee all EMEA and APAC Transfer Agency operations, ensuring service delivery excellence and risk control.


• Develop and execute regional strategy aligned with global operating models and business objectives.


• Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, including automation and process optimization.

Act as senior point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders, leading client governance forums and executive reviews.

• To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:


• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.


• 12\+ years of experience in transfer agency or investor services within asset management, fund administration, or financial services.


• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi\-country or regional operations within EMEA.


• Proven track record of leading change, transformation, or large\-scale operational initiatives.


• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong executive presence, and stakeholder management capability.
