Head Of HR

We are seeking a senior, hands\-on HR leader to build and scale the HR function from the ground up within a fast\-growing fintech environment. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in high\-growth, regulated industries and is confident operating at both strategic and operational level.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto environments


• Strong background working within regulated industries and understanding compliance\-driven HR frameworks


• Proven track record of building HR functions, processes, and teams from scratch


• Fluent Russian speaker (mandatory)


• Willingness to relocate to Valencia


• Strong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at senior level

Key Responsibilities

• Build and structure the HR function from the ground up, defining scalable frameworks and processes


• Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal governance aligned with regulatory requirements


• Lead end\-to\-end talent acquisition strategy across all business functions (Sales, Compliance, Product, Operations, etc.)


• Develop and embed performance management frameworks, including KPIs, OKRs, and evaluation processes


• Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, development, and retention strategies


• Partner with leadership on organisational design and workforce planning to support rapid scaling


• Drive company culture, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives


• Design and manage compensation structures, benefits frameworks, and incentive programmes
