Head of Growth Marketing (£100k–£180k Package)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business expansion. This senior role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in digital marketing, B2B strategies, and team management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative growth strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to optimise results. A deep understanding of SEO, social media management, Google Ads, and analytics tools is essential to succeed in this position.
We're looking for a growth\-focused marketer capable of building and scaling customer acquisition systems from the ground up.
This is not a brand management role.
You'll own revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi\-channel acquisition strategies
- Manage paid media budgets exceeding £50,000/month
- Drive customer acquisition across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels
- Design conversion funnels and CRO initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise for revenue
- Hire and manage specialist contractors and agencies
- Work directly with founders on growth strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience generating measurable revenue growth
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition and funnel optimisation
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Experience managing six\-figure marketing budgets
- Track record of scaling campaigns profitably
- Comfortable working in high\-performance environments
Compensation
- £70,000–£110,000 Base
- Performance Bonus

Pay: £80,000\.00\-£104,399\.78 per year
