We are seeking a Head of Group Compliance Due Diligence Program who will take ownership of key global compliance programs in a regulated, international environment: Our Group Third\-Party Due Diligence Program and our Group Sanctions \& Export Controls Program. This includes driving governance, strategy, implementation, training, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement across regions, entities, and corporate functions.
The role is an individual contributor role, located at our headquarters in Hellerup and reports to the Head of Group Compliance. You will join the Legal \& Compliance team and work closely with Group Legal, Regional Legal \& Compliance, Executive Management, corporate function heads, and regional leadership.
The role
As Head of Group Compliance Due Diligence Program, you will have end\-to\-end responsibility for owning, driving, and continuously developing our Group Third\-Party Due Diligence Program and Group Sanctions \& Export Controls Program. You will set enterprise\-wide priorities, strengthen governance, monitor implementation, and ensure that the right controls, processes, systems, training, and reporting are in place.
In this role, you will advise and influence stakeholders at senior levels and help ensure that Legal \& Compliance can provide effective business support within these risk areas.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the Group Third\-Party Due Diligence Program and the Group Sanctions \& Export Controls Program, including related governance, policies, procedures, processes, systems, guidelines, and templates
- Set annual wheels, goals, risk assessments, mitigating actions, and operational priorities for both compliance programs
- Monitor implementation across all entities, corporate functions, and regions to ensure effective and consistent Group implementation
- Assess and implement digital solutions to operationalize due diligence, sanctions, and export control processes, including potential AI\-enabled solutions
- Prepare periodic reporting for key stakeholders, including the Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Management and Group Business Ethics Compliance Committee

You are able to translate complex compliance requirements into practical processes and influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies.
You likely bring:
- A master’s degree in law, finance/accounting, business, or a related field
- 7\+ years of experience in an internal group corporate compliance function, preferably from a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or finance
- Experience owning and driving global compliance frameworks, such as third\-party due diligence or similar
- Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions, regions, and seniority levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
