The Role

The position of Head of Finance & Governance reports directly into the Board providing fantastic autonomy & exposure. The key components of the role will include:

• Providing guidance and direction to the Board & Senior Leadership Team


• Ownership of financial accounting, governance, risk & compliance


• Ownership of financial and strategic planning


• Leading on process improvement and change/transformation programmes


• Liaising & supporting other key functions - HR, business support, IT/Technology

• Purpose-led organisation
