Head of Finance

We are growing fast and need your help. Are you an ambitious finance professional? Come join our Finance team and help build AIAIAI as the number one brand for music creators. You will be overall responsible for all operations within finance \& accounting and grow with the company.

Tasks
---------

• Manage accounting, AR/AP, expenses


• Budgeting \& forecasting of financials


• Global payroll, pension, and other benefits


• Monthly financial reporting \& controlling


• International trade, incl. EU VAT, US state tax


• Lead annual report process


• Collaborate with financial stakeholders (banks, auditors, etc.)


• Process optimisation \& system improvements (automations)


• Reporting to the CEO, finance partner to the global AIAIAI team

• Educational background in accounting or finance


• Experience from a previous role (\+5 years) within a finance operations


• Experience with ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Business Central


• Advanced user in Excel/Google sheets


• Thrive in an international environment across multiple time\-zones


• Proactive problem\-solver with attention to detail


• You have eye for detail and always strive to ensure your work is error free


• Fluent in Danish and English


• Preferred interest in music, audio, and consumer electronics
