Head of Digital Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Digital Marketing to lead our client's digital strategy and drive measurable growth across their digital channels.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic, data-driven marketer who can combine big-picture thinking with hands-on digital expertise and make a direct impact on commercial performance.

The Role You will be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering the overall digital marketing strategy in line with commercial objectives.


• Leading digital acquisition across SEO, PPC, paid social, content and other key channels.


• Driving website performance, CRO, customer journeys and digital engagement.


• Using data and analytics to measure performance, optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI.


• Managing digital budgets, agencies and external partners.


• Identifying new digital opportunities, technologies and channels to support growth.


• Working closely with the Commercial Director and senior leadership team to align digital activity with wider business objectives.


• Leading, developing and inspiring the digital marketing team.

About You We're looking for a senior digital marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering growth through digital marketing.

You will have:

• Previous experience in a Head of Digital, Digital Marketing Director or senior digital marketing role.


• Strong knowledge across SEO, PPC, paid social, analytics and CRO.


• A commercial, data-led approach with a strong understanding of ROI.


• Experience managing agencies, budgets and digital marketing teams.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• A proactive and innovative approach to digital marketing.
