Head of Data Intelligence Products

Accountabilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap for a modern Data Intelligence Platform focused on AI-native data products, governance, and discovery capabilities.


• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing international team of Product Managers across multiple regions and time zones.


• Drive the development of AI-powered capabilities, including intelligent agents and conversational data interaction experiences.


• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and engineering teams to translate strategic vision into actionable product initiatives and technical deliverables.


• Partner with engineering leadership to support cloud-native architecture, AI-driven workflows, and scalable platform evolution.


• Build strong relationships with Chief Data Officers, governance leaders, and enterprise stakeholders to understand market needs and drive product adoption.


• Represent the product organization externally with industry analysts and strategic partners, helping position the platform as a market leader.


• Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to guide long-term product strategy and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 4 years managing Product Managers or leading product organizations.


• Strong expertise in the modern data ecosystem, including Data Catalogs, Data Governance, Data Mesh, Data Quality, or related domains.


• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, AI agents, and their application within enterprise data platforms.


• Proven ability to operate effectively in both startup-like environments and large, global corporate organizations.


• Strong strategic execution skills, with experience translating executive vision into scalable product roadmaps and engineering milestones.


• Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple regions and cultures.


• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive-level audiences.


• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, leadership, and go-to-market teams in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.


• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
