This is a unique opportunity to take ownership and build a new department and drive its future growth. The successful candidate will manage the full range of company commercial matters while playing a key role in shaping the team's strategy, client base, and long-term success.

The firm has a proven track record of building successful departments and is committed to investing in growth, with existing clients in commercial property and litigation. There is a clear plan to expand the team, with future recruitment of an Assistant Solicitor and support staff as the department develops.

The Role

• Lead and manage the Company Commercial department


• Handle a broad range of commercial and corporate matters


• Develop and strengthen client relationships


• Drive business development and departmental growth


• Recruit, mentor, and manage future team members
