The role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Commercial Operations responsible for leading delivery of sales, operational performance and network development across Europe. You will report to the CEO of Zeekr Europe.
As a key member of the European leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee Sales Operations, Financial Services, Fleet \& Corporate Sales, Network Development, and Customer Satisfaction, acting as the central link between Zeekr Europe and our rapidly growing European markets.

This is what you will do:
Sales Operations and Performance
- Own European retail and fleet sales performance, delivering ambitious volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Lead sales planning, forecasting, production and performance management operations across the European market, developing and empowering our markets to become more sustainable and successful as we continue to grow.
- Lead governance for quarterly campaign planning, including incentives, discounts and tactical actions to ensure structured and achieve plans are in place to meet our ambitious sales objectives.
- Drive data\-driven decision making through BI, KPI dashboards, and market analytics.
- Develop our European financial services strategy and manage the performance and partnerships of our key white\-label European\-based financial partners.
- Drive penetration of financial products to support sales growth and profitability.
- Build and scale pan\-European fleet partnerships and corporate accounts to accelerate growth at market level.
- Develop strategies and programs to improve residual value, remarketing, and TCO optimization.
- Define and execute Zeekr's European sales, service, and distribution network strategy across Europe to support short\- and long\-term business goals.
- Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with local and regional partners to build a high\-performing dealer and service network that meets Zeekr’s premium standards.
- Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey across all touchpoints, including showrooms, service centres, and digital platforms.
- Develop performance metrics and manage ongoing network operations to ensure efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalability.
- Lead network expansion and market launches, ensuring proper infrastructure and resources are in place to support sales and service activities.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all partners and operations comply with Zeekr’s global standards, local regulations, and sustainability goals.
- Build best\-in\-class sales training capability for our dealer and importer partners.
- Master's degree or equivalent academic qualification combined 15\+ years in automotive or mobility industry, ideally premium/luxury segment.
- Proven leadership experience in sales, operations, commercial management, or business development at a European or international level.
- Strong experience across dealer networks, fleet business and financial services.
- Demonstrable success in a start\-up environment or scaling up new market entries and network rollouts.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with hands\-on operational execution.
- Ability to operate in a very fast\-paced, multicultural HQ environment.
