About the role
The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer\-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward\-thinking solutions tailored to each region.
We're looking for a Head of Business Lending to design credit risk policies, procedures, and strategies for our business lending features. You'll be managing validation of the underwriting strategy, as well as leading the charge for preventative and reactive actions to the market and product offering.
You’ll also ensure we deliver the highest quality features, support, and service levels.

What you’ll be doing* Building and leading the local lending team to define and implement the business lending strategy in France
- Managing the overall risk of the loan portfolio
- Managing regulatory relationships
- Establishing and executing the territory’s underwriting, portfolio management, and collections policy and activities
- Ensuring commercial success and product competitiveness
- Working through the market and customer needs, managing business lending features and commercial strategy
- An entrepreneurial drive and personal resilience
- Expertise in building and managing credit decisioning/risk models and regulatory engagement
- Experience understanding credit portfolio performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to recruit and lead a team
- The ability to think and reason logically
