For WMG’s label Spinnin' Records, we are looking for an experienced Head of A\&R.

Spinnin’ Records is the world's leading dance music label, with artists such as Tiësto, Cyril, David Guetta, KREAM, Alok, KSHMR, Lucas \& Steve, Gabry Ponte, and many more on its roster. We specialize in electronic music and manage the largest online dance community in the world, with more than 12 million followers across social media. In addition, we have our own YouTube channel, Spinnin' TV, counting more than 30 million subscribers and over 18 billion views. About the Role

The Head of A\&R is the senior creative and strategic leader who holds accountability for leading the Spinnin’ A\&R team and representing the label's global A\&R interests. This pivotal role requires a mentor at heart to serve as a hands\-on leader, responsible for identifying, scouting, and signing exceptional musical talent while driving long\-term artist development for both newcomers and established stars. Beyond scouting, the Head of A\&R develops future\-facing business strategies to grow the business and oversees the A\&R budget, unproven advance spend, and individual P\&Ls. Acting as a fierce advocate and "fighter" for their roster and immediate team, the Director bridges the gap between creative vision and commercial success, collaborating cross\-functionally with senior management and the Artist Key team to maximize market impact.
