Head Coach

Tailormade Coaching Tipperary Town is looking for an exceptional Head Coach to lead our team and own the performance of our facility. We operate 8 locations across Ireland delivering small group personal training and we are growing fast. This is a leadership role for someone who is ready to take full ownership of a gym and the people in it.

• Delivering Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) sessions to the highest standard


• Leading, developing, and managing a team of coaches through regular 1\-to\-1s, feedback, and performance reviews


• Owning the gym's member growth and retention targets


• Onboarding new members and conducting initial consultations


• Running weekly team cohort meetings


• Submitting weekly performance reports to the Area Manager


• Maintaining facility and coaching standards across all areas


• Promoting the brand through social media as per the company schedule

• Previous coaching experience in a personal training or group fitness environment — essential


• Previous leadership or management experience — essential


• A genuine passion for people, coaching, and results


• Someone who wants to grow within a fast\-scaling business

• Full time salaried position — salary negotiable depending on experience

• Monthly 1\-to\-1 support from the Area Manager

Pay: €33,000\.00\-€36,000\.00 per year
