Head Chef Monday-Friday

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Head Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for G\+G Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Shift Pattern: Monday\-Friday 7:00\-15:00, 40 hours per week

Salary: €60,000 per annum

Location: Indeed Capital Dock, D02 HE36

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, design, and update menus, ensuring dishes are innovative, cost\-effective, and aligned with customer preferences.


• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including coordinating staff, controlling workflow, and maintaining a smooth service.


• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of performance, teamwork, and discipline.


• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality while maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.


• Manage food costs, ordering, stock control, and waste reduction to meet financial targets and maximise profitability.
