Our client is a dynamic and growing hospitality group, recognised for its commitment to quality, exceptional guest experiences, and strong team culture. They are currently looking for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of one of their established restaurant concepts in Lisbon.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations;


• Manage, motivate and develop the kitchen team;


• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes;


• Monitor food costs, stock control, and operational efficiency;


• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards;


• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service and menu execution;


• Manage supplier relationships and purchasing;


• Maintain a positive, structured, and high\-performing kitchen environment.

• 3–5 years’ experience as Head Chef in high\-volume or structured restaurant environments;


• Proven experience in team management and development;


• Strong knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations;


• Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment;


• Strong organisational and problem\-solving skills;


• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards;


• Passion for quality ingredients, consistency, and operational excellence.
