We are seeking an experienced Full Time Chef who is organised and can meet the requirements of our growing business needs at our Prep Kitchen in the Liberties. This person will be responsible for ensuring that food is prepped for all of our locations as well as our burgeoning wholesale trade, manage a staff of as many as 5 individuals, help with preparing food for delivery through our own online sales platform and other delivery apps.

In addition as the manager, there will be a responsibility to place orders for ingredients to ensure that food is prepped, scheduling weekly staff shifts to ensure full coverage and work with our cohabitants at the prep kitchen we work out of.

Other essential responsibilities include but are not limited to working with other MJ Fat Cats management to ensure that all the other locations have the menu items they need and are fully stocked. Keeping proper HACCP records and maintaining and developing the cleanliness and upkeep of the kitchen and the equipment within.

Pay: €36,000\.00\-€40,000\.00 per year
