Head Barista/Supervisor

This is a great fit for an experienced barista who wants more ownership. It's a small, characterful unit, so you'll be the person who keeps it running smoothly day to day, while also taking on the wider responsibilities that come with leading a shop.

What the role involves:

• Preparing and serving excellent coffee and food with a warm, friendly attitude


• Taking ownership of the unit and keeping it running smoothly day to day


• Placing stock orders and keeping the shop well supplied


• Liaising with the manager to roll out new ideas and improvements


• Catching up with the manager each week to review how things have gone


• Maintaining a clean, welcoming and visually appealing space


• Delivering great customer service, working both independently and as part of the team

• At least 6 months of barista experience in a coffee shop or similar


• A genuine passion for specialty coffee and good knowledge of espresso\-based drinks


• Previous supervisor experience is a bonus, but not essential


• Someone reliable, organised and comfortable working on their own


• Attention to detail and pride in your work

• Primarily Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm

• €14\.65 per hour to start, with a review after six months
