We are looking for a reliable, skilled Handyperson to join our site on the outskirts of Glasgow city centre to carry out handyman/maintenance duties on an ongoing basis. This is an immediate start - free parking is provided but the site is also close to public transport links.

Monday - Friday 8-5

Weekly pay

Payrate £20-£30p/h

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the building

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and staff

Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating tasks

Assist with setting up event spaces and moving equipment when required

Liaise with external contractors when necessary

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a handyman, maintenance role

Strong practical skills across multiple trades including painting

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Friendly and professional attitude – comfortable engaging with tenants

Flexibility to respond to urgent issues when needed
