An exciting opportunity to lead a brand\-new Snap Fitness gym from day one.

We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and commercially driven Club Manager to lead our fitness club and take ownership of its overall success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional member experiences while driving business growth.

The Role

As Club Manager, you will lead from the front, setting high standards across all areas of the business. You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, developing your team, growing membership numbers, and creating a welcoming, results\-driven fitness environment.

You’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, increasing member retention, and building strong relationships within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high\-performing team


• Drive membership sales, lead generation, and retention


• Deliver and exceed club KPIs and revenue targets


• Manage marketing initiatives, including social media and local outreach


• Build strong relationships with members and the local community


• Ensure the club operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards


• Create a positive and engaging member experience


• Lead by example with a hands\-on management style

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about fitness, people, and business growth.

You will have:

• A Level 3 Fitness Qualification


• Previous management experience within the fitness industry or a sales\-driven environment


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• A commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue and performance


• A proactive, energetic, and positive attitude


• Confidence in leading teams and building member relationships
