<p class="isSelectedEnd">We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and member-focused <strong>Gym Instructor</strong> to join the fitness team at Hale Country Club &amp; Spa.</p>
<p>As a key part of our wellness offering, you will play an inspiring role in supporting members throughout their fitness journey, delivering exceptional service, expert guidance, and a motivating club experience.</p>

<h4>Key Responsibilities:</h4>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Lead and support members through our structured 4-week member journey, helping them build confidence, consistency, and results</li>
<li>Motivate, coach, and energise members during gym sessions and fitness activities</li>
<li>Deliver outstanding member experiences by providing ongoing support, encouragement, and fitness expertise</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with members and help grow and maintain class attendance to support engagement and retention</li>
<li>Deliver personalised Club Inductions to groups of up to 4 members, ensuring a welcoming and informative onboarding experience</li>
<li>Maintain a visible and proactive presence on the gym floor, offering guidance on exercise programmes and safe, effective equipment use</li>
<li>Oversee daily Gym Floor Operations, including equipment checks, studio preparation, cleanliness standards, maintenance reporting, and health &amp; safety compliance</li>
<li>Professionally handle member enquiries, concerns, and feedback when required</li>
</ul>
<h4>About You:</h4>
<ul data-spread="false">
<li>Minimum <strong>Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification</strong> (Level 3 Personal Trainer desirable)</li>
<li>Previous experience as a Gym Instructor and/or Personal Trainer within a health club, gym, or fitness environment</li>
<li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Confident in prescribing and delivering tailored exercise programmes to both new and existing members</li>
<li>Passionate about health, fitness, and delivering exceptional member experiences</li>
<li>Evidence of continued professional development within the fitness industry</li>
<li>Organised, adaptable, and flexible with the ability to work a rota-based schedule</li>
