Job Description
- Help customers understand and design around the key technologies and features of Nuvoton Battery Management ICs (BMIC), including battery monitoring, protection, balancing, and power\-path control.
- Provide system\-level value in technical discussions, clearly demonstrating how Nuvoton BMIC solutions create customer value and actively driving design\-win (D\-WIN) opportunities.
- Provide clients with tools, reference designs, and technical resources to accelerate development and improve system performance.
- Deliver technical education through workshops, onsite training, and design\-review sessions to improve customer proficiency in BMIC applications.
- Support customers in optimizing battery system architecture and ensuring proper integration of Nuvoton BMIC solutions into their products.
- Collaborate closely with internal product, design, and marketing teams to convey customer requirements and influence future product improvements.
- Understanding of fundamental semiconductor principles is required.
- Experience in technical consulting, application engineering, or customer\-facing semiconductor roles.
- Experience analysing customer system requirements and proposing optimal battery management solutions.
- Practical experience with lithium\-based battery systems (Li\-ion, NMC, LFP, Sodium\-Ion and Solid\-state etc.) and familiarity with charging algorithms and safety requirements.
- Experience supporting battery system design—including monitoring, protection circuits, measurement accuracy tuning, and thermal considerations—is a plus.
- Hands\-on experience diagnosing and resolving customer technical issues, including onsite support and system\-level troubleshooting.
- Ability to guide customers through schematic review, PCB layout best practices, and validation processes related to BMIC integration.
