We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Guest Services Manager specialising in Food and Beverage to oversee the guest experience within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional service, and a background in hospitality management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, enhance guest satisfaction, and contribute to the organisation’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to deliver outstanding guest service standards.

  • Coordinate daily operations within the food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery.

  • Develop and implement training programmes to enhance performance and service quality.

  • Manage guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across the organisation.

  • Monitor stock levels, organise inventories, and oversee procurement processes.

  • Ensure compliance with health \& safety regulations, hygiene standards, and organisational policies.

  • Assist in organising special events or functions related to food and beverage offerings.

  • Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Skills
  • Proven supervising experience within a hospitality or hotel environment.

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

  • Extensive knowledge of guest services principles, hospitality standards, and food \& beverage operations.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—in British English.

  • A proactive approach to problem\-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role provides an excellent platform for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact within our organisation’s hospitality services.
Pay: Up to £26,700\.00 per year
