GUEST SERVICES ASSOCIATE
Location: Yoxford
Salary: £30,000 basic + commission (OTE £300-£400 per month)
Contract: 12-month fixed-term maternity cover with a strong possibility of becoming permanent
Hours:45 hours per week, 5 days over 7 on a rota basis

We're recruiting for a Guest Services Associate to join a prestigious luxury hospitality destination near Yoxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences while working towards sales and service targets.
Acting as a key point of contact from booking through to departure, you'll provide a concierge-style service, helping guests plan memorable stays and recommending additional experiences across the estate.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage guest enquiries from booking through to the end of their stay.

• Coordinate guest experiences, activities and special occasions.


• Build strong relationships with guests through phone, email and face-to-face communication.


• Maintain accurate booking and guest information.


• Liaise with multiple departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.


• Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional services and experiences.


• Support the achievement of departmental KPIs and sales targets.


• Resolve guest queries and requests in a professional and timely manner.

What We're Looking For: • Previous experience within hospitality, guest services, reservations or a customer-focused environment.

• Proven experience working to sales targets and KPIs.


• Strong sales skills with the ability to confidently upsell services and experiences.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.


• Full UK driving licence and access to transport due to location.
