Your new role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer\-focused Guest Operations Team Leader to support the General Manager in delivering safe, efficient, and compliant base operations. You will help lead day\-to\-day activities by scheduling and assigning duties, managing rosters and absences, running shift briefings and meetings, overseeing the maintenance and restocking of amenities, and providing on\-the\-job training, while ensuring all work is carried out in line with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

As a key point of contact for guests and flight crews, you will deliver a professional and welcoming service while coordinating arrivals, departures, and concierge requests. A significant part of the role involves generating customer invoices and managing planeside billing, alongside other general accounting duties as directed by the General Manager. You will maintain a full working knowledge of the front\-of\-house booking system, ensuring all booking details and Gendec information are accurately inputted, and take responsibility for managing guest enquiries, billing queries, and escalations.

You will also ensure operational accuracy and continuity across shifts by promptly responding to all emails received during your shift, clearly documenting and handing over outstanding actions, and confirming that all paperwork is complete and accurate. Before handover, you will ensure all operational slots for the next shift are confirmed and live within the airport operations system. Working hands\-on across front\-of\-house and airside operations, you will promote company services, uphold safety and security standards, and contribute to a seamless, high\-quality guest experience in a fast\-paced aviation environment.

This is a shift\-based role and the successful candidate must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, holidays, and weekends. Certain functions will be performed in varying weather and environmental conditions such as precipitation, extreme temperatures, jet engine fumes, dust, and noise.

About you:

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.

  • Ability to pass company background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the Company's applicable insurance policies.

  • Excellent vision and coordination to move and/or direct aircraft.

  • Ability to pass a color vision test for purposes of visually inspecting aviation fuel.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the jurisdiction of employment.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
