Guest Experience & Events Manager

Hartham Park is growing rapidly, and we’re creating an exciting new role to take ownership of our accommodation, guest stays, conferencing, corporate events and private dining across the estate.

This is far more than a traditional events or accommodation role.

Our portfolio currently includes three beautiful estate cottages and lodges, with a dozen new units in our historic stables under development due to open in 2027\.

Alongside this, our corporate business is booming, covering everything from prestigious car and brand launches and large\-scale away days to private dining and daily executive conferences within the Mansion House.

The role:

You’ll take ownership of:

• Accommodation \& the complete guest journey


• Conferences, meetings \& corporate away days


• Premium brand launches \& private events


• Private dining \& bespoke experiences


• Client communication, planning \& delivery


• Run the operational side collaborating with housekeeping \& cleaning departments


• Sales funnels, enquiries, conversions \& upselling


• Standards, systems \& processes as the operation grows

Experience required:

You’ll be highly organised, commercially minded, systems\-confident and naturally brilliant with people. You will currently be working or have experience as either an operations manager, front office, hotel reception or front of house manager in a busy fast\-moving, multi\-faceted hospitality venue.

Previous experience is essential working with:

• Hotel/accommodation management systems such as Mews, Hotel Exec or similar


• Online booking channels including Booking.com, Airbnb or similar


• CRM and event sales pipelines such as HubSpot or equivalent


• Event management platforms such as Event Temple, Tripleseat, Events 500 or similar

You’ll understand both sides of the role, winning and converting the business, then hosting an exceptional experience.

Experience within premium hospitality, hotels, events, conferencing or luxury accommodation is essential.

Pay: £34,000\.00\-£36,000\.00 per year
