Role Description

As an GTM Engineering Intern, you'll work at the technical core of our delivery team. You'll support live client engagements and internal infrastructure projects — getting hands\-on with HubSpot implementations, CRM data architecture, workflow automation, and AI\-assisted GTM tooling.

You’ll build workflows using tools like Clay, n8n, lemlist, and HeyReach, and help design scalable GTM systems, while experimenting with AI to improve sales, marketing, and operations. You'll work alongside senior consultants and our technical team on the kind of work that makes revenue operations actually function. And there will be plenty of space for bringing ideas to the table and experimenting.

You will work remotely from Germany, preferably from Berlin, and occasionally on\-site sessions with the team.

You’ll be part of a lean, fast\-moving team where ideas are tested, tools are tinkered with, and no two days look the same. We’ll give you space to explore, learn, and make things happen.

What you'll do

As an RevOps \& GTM Intern, you’ll get hands\-on experience building and optimizing next\-gen GTM systems. You’ll work on internal and client projects including:

• Build and test GTM workflows using tools like Clay, n8n, lemlist, cargo, and Instantly


• Supporting programmatic outbound builds, lead generation, ICP mapping, and campaign personalization with AI assistance


• Help design and document data architectures, process maps, and integration specs


• Building or improving dashboards, automations, and reports


• Testing and integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) into real RevOps workflows


• Collaborating on strategy and enablement projects with consultants and GTM leaders

• Based in Germany, fluent in English (German is a plus)


• Studying or recently graduated in Business, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or related fields


• Genuinely curious about how CRM systems, data architecture, and GTM automation work together


• Comfortable getting into tools, exploring documentation, and figuring things out hands\-on


• Structured thinker who can translate business requirements into system logic


• Proactive — you don't wait to be told what to do next

• Used or explored tools like Clay, lemlist, Instantly, cargo, HubSpot, or n8n


• Built or automated anything using AI


• Written SQL, Python, or used APIs to move or transform data


• Worked on a project involving marketing, RevOps, or CRM systems

• Prefer building over brainstorming


• Think in systems and automations instead of spreadsheets


• Enjoy figuring out how AI can make business faster


• Want direct mentorship from people who've done this at scale — not managed it from a distance

• Real ownership of projects that impact client outcomes


• Mentorship from senior RevOps and GTM engineers with 65\+ implementations behind them
