The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a premium tech startup at the ground level. As our Social Media and Growth Partner, you will work directly alongside the founder to drive organic growth, cultivate our brand voice, and build an engaged community ahead of our UK launch.This role requires 16 hours per week to start, offering a hybrid working model around Lytham or a fully remote setup for the right candidate, supplemented by occasional face\-to\-face or Zoom strategy sessions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Brand Curation: Creating, curating, and posting high\-quality, visually compelling content that aligns with our elegant, luxury brand identity across all social channels.
Network Cultivation: Building highly valuable relationships with top\-tier wedding suppliers—engaging in industry groups, networking events, and wedding fairs
Launch Strategy: Playing a critical role in executing our organic growth strategy and building market anticipation for the official platform launch.
Strategic Input: Acting as an ambassador and creative voice for the business, bringing fresh ideas to the table.Founder Support: Providing agile, general business support as the company scales.
What We’re Looking For
Social \& Visual Expertise: Highly competent in social media management and content creation, with a sharp eye for high\-end aesthetics and premium branding.Self\-Starter: Exceptionally driven and organized, capable of managing your own workload and executing strategies without micromanagement.
Confident Communicator: Comfortable approaching people, pitching the platform, and building genuine relationships within the industry.Industry Knowledge: Experience or a strong active interest in the wedding industry is preferred.
