The Mission
As our Growth Partnership Manager, you won’t just be chasing cold leads. You will be a consultative tech advisor to pubs, restaurants, retail stores, and pop\-up events across the region.
- Own Your Pipeline: Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities, showing owners exactly how our ecosystem saves them time and boosts profit.
- Consultative Designing: Deep\-dive into client workflows to build bespoke setups—from self\-service kiosks and mobile tableside ordering to back\-office stock management and preordering apps.
- Nurture \& Expand: Build lasting relationships with local business communities and partners to keep YN Payments top\-of\-mind.
- The Hustle: Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in merchant services, fintech, or hospitality software is a massive bonus).
- Tech\-Fluent: You can easily explain the value of cloud\-based integrations without getting bogged down in jargon.
- Relationship\-First Mindset: You are an active listener who cares about solving real business bottlenecks.
- Self\-Starter Energy: You’re comfortable managing your own diary and hitting metrics without someone looking over your shoulder.
