<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own <strong>buyer lifecycle strategy</strong> across acquisition, activation, and retention</li>
<li>Execute <strong>multi-channel campaigns</strong> across email, paid, content, and events</li>
<li>Build and optimise <strong>customer journeys</strong>, onboarding flows, and win-back programmes</li>
<li>Define <strong>target audiences</strong>, messaging, and campaign concepts</li>
<li>Collaborate with <strong>Sales</strong>, <strong>Content</strong>, <strong>Design</strong>, and <strong>RevOps</strong></li>
<li>Run <strong>A/B tests</strong> across messaging, channels, and timing</li>
<li>Track <strong>KPIs</strong> and optimise performance across the funnel</li>
<li>Work with data teams to ensure <strong>reporting and attribution accuracy</strong></li>
<li>Automate lifecycle communication using <strong>HubSpot</strong> and similar tools</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve performance through <strong>automation and AI</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in <strong>growth marketing</strong>, <strong>demand generation</strong>, or lifecycle marketing</li>
<li>Strong track record in <strong>performance-driven campaigns</strong></li>
<li>Experience with <strong>marketing automation</strong> and <strong>CRM tools</strong> (HubSpot preferred)</li>
<li>Comfort working with <strong>data, dashboards, and experimentation</strong></li>
<li>Strong <strong>project management</strong> and ability to manage multiple campaigns</li>
<li>Experience collaborating across <strong>cross-functional teams</strong></li>
<li>Excellent <strong>Danish </strong>and <strong>English communication skills</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in <strong>B2B, SaaS, or marketplace environments</strong></li>
<li>Experience with <strong>paid channels</strong> or in-product messaging</li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>AI tools</strong> in marketing workflows</li>
<li>Additional language skills such as <strong>German</strong></li>
