Frisbii is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager France to help accelerate our growth in the French market.
Based in Montpellier or Paris, you’ll lead regional demand generation initiatives and create high\-impact campaigns across digital channels, events, webinars, and content marketing. Your work will directly contribute to pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and stronger market presence in France.

This role is ideal for a hands\-on growth marketer who understands B2B SaaS demand generation and revenue marketing. You bring a data\-driven mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and European Marketing teams to deliver campaigns that perform.
What you’ll do
- Own field marketing planning and campaign execution for the French market.
- Plan and run integrated campaigns across paid social, email, webinars, events, content, and other relevant channels.
- Create and optimize high\-converting campaign assets for digital channels.
- Set up, manage, and improve campaigns in tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other growth platforms.
- Plan and promote webinars, including speaker coordination, content planning, and follow\-up.
- Partner with Sales to organize regional events and improve lead conversion.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and report on regional KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams across Germany, the Nordics, Content, Brand, and Design to share learnings and scale best practices.
- 3\+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing.
- Strong campaign and project management skills, with a hands\-on approach to execution.
- Experience running paid social campaigns, especially on LinkedIn; Google Ads experience is a plus.
- Experience with email, lifecycle, content, in\-product, owned, or earned marketing channels.
- Understanding of ICP\- and persona\-based marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing tools, ideally HubSpot.
- Experience with CMS platforms, ideally WordPress or Elementor.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English; German or Spanish is a plus.
- Interest in technical topics and the ability to translate them into compelling campaigns.
You are proactive, creative, and solution\-oriented. You enjoy taking ownership, working cross\-functionally, and continuously improving campaign performance. You bring strong stakeholder management skills and are comfortable collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and external partners.
