Growth Marketing Intern (B2B & Deep-Tech)

As Optics11 continues to scale internationally, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who wants to develop practical experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and customer targeting within a fast\-growing deep\-tech company.

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you will become an active member of our marketing team from day one. You will gain hands\-on experience with digital marketing, customer targeting, CRM management, and campaign execution while working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing colleagues.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how a modern B2B marketing engine operates, using industry\-leading tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Cognism, and Google Ads.

What You'll Do:

• Research target accounts and key decision\-makers within the Energy sector.


• Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, Cognism, and HubSpot.


• Support CRM data quality, segmentation, and workflow optimization.


• Assist with the execution and monitoring of LinkedIn and Google advertising campaigns.


• Contribute to the launch, maintenance, and optimization of our HubSpot\-based website.


• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve targeting and lead generation efforts.


• Support various growth marketing initiatives across the customer journey.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.


• Strong interest in digital marketing and B2B growth strategies.


• Curious about technology and industrial markets.


• Comfortable learning new software and digital tools independently.


• Structured and detail\-oriented when working with data and systems.


• Strong written English communication skills.


• Proactive, hands\-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership.


• Thrives in a dynamic and fast\-paced scale\-up environment.
