<p>Our Growth Data Science &amp; Analytics function sits at the heart of Prolific and owns Prolific’s growth framework - answering questions like: where are our biggest opportunities, what's constraining our growth, and where should we invest next? We're looking for an experienced data leader to cover maternity leave for our Growth Data Science &amp; Analytics Lead. This is an ex-co facing leadership role: you'll manage a team of three embedded data scientists &amp; analysts, own the analytics roadmap across our business verticals, and be the senior data voice in cross-functional and ExCo-level conversations. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact interim leadership role in a fast-growing, data-rich marketplace business.</p>

<li>Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a data and analytics team, ideally in a marketplace or platform business &amp; experience managing and developing analysts and data scientists at different seniority levels</li>
<li>Commercial Instinct: Strong commercial instincts — you understand how data connects to business outcomes and can communicate that to non-technical leaders</li>
<li>Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to or advising executive teams</li>
<li>Analytical Rigor: Hands-on SQL proficiency — comfortable getting into the detail when needed</li>
<li>Comfortable picking up mid-flight work and operating without a long handover runway</li>
<li>Prior experience in a scale-up or growth-stage company is a plus</li>
