Group Sales Support
Job Description
Your role: As Group Sales Support, you will drive consistent performance across Onic by managing the end\-to\-end delivery of seminar programmes, optimizing CRM systems, implementing best practice and ensuring the teams are adhering to group sales processes. Providing centralized sales support across all Onic local sales teams. This role ensures high standards in data management, staff training, and the implementation of group\-wide sales initiatives and integration of new products. This position can be based in Dublin or Cork.
Day to day you will:
Seminar Management \& Delivery
- Logistics: Coordinate internal and external seminar programmes, managing data builds, scheduling, and session analysis for all stations.
- Quality Control: Oversee sales tracking, e\-shots, and client retention efforts to ensure smooth delivery and programme growth.
- Reporting: Liaise with Traffic Managers to ensure scheduling accuracy and produce monthly performance reports for stations without dedicated support staff.
- System Ownership: Act as the primary lead for CRM functionality, bug detection, and development within budget.
- User Support: Train "Super\-Users" and station staff; maintain the "Guide to Basics" and error\-reporting structures.
- Data Compliance: Serve as the GDPR Data Processor and lead for e\-shot logistics and database hygiene.
- New Revenue Streams: Actively participate in identifying, evaluating and launching new revenue opportunities across all our media platforms
- Creative Sales Tools: Introduce and champion new creative sales tools, embracing the evolution of the modern media era.
- Platform Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of the Adserve platform across the business.
- Initiative Management: Plan, implement, and track group\-wide sales initiatives and training, providing milestone reporting to senior management.
- Market Research: Manage the Group Insight function, providing listenership statistics (Mediastar) and research for sales collateral.
- Content Production: Oversee the creation of digital marketing content, including video testimonials and media packs.
- Consultancy: Identify training needs for station teams and provide guidance to local Sales Support staff where they exist.
- Partnerships: Manage relationships with external CRM providers and project managers to ensure system improvements.
