Group Reporting Manager
We're partnering with a fast-growing, international business to appoint a talented Group Finance Manager into their central finance team.
With operations across multiple global markets, this is a high-impact role offering excellent exposure to group reporting, technical accounting, and strategic finance projects.
It is ideally suited to a qualified accountant looking to step into a broad, commercially relevant group role within a dynamic and scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of monthly group consolidations and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Assist with intercompany reconciliations, IFRS adjustments, and financial reporting processes
- Contribute to the statutory consolidation and annual financial statements
- Provide technical accounting guidance in line with UK GAAP and IFRS, including supporting entity transitions to FRS101
- Partner with finance teams across the business to ensure consistent accounting policy application and process improvements
- Support external audit processes, including year-end deliverables and queries
- Play a key role in finance transformation and systems implementation projects (e.g. ERP and consolidation tools)
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as ESG reporting, M&A activity, and process optimisation
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / equivalent)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge across IFRS and UK GAAP
- Previous exposure to group reporting or consolidation (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills, with experience working with large data sets
- Confident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with the ability to drive process improvements and challenge existing ways of working
