The Role
As a Group \& Project Travel Account Manager, you are responsible for managing your own client portfolio and handling travel projects from A to Z.
This is a full\-time position, requiring a high level of independence, commercial awareness, and accountability for results.
You will play a key role in driving profitable bookings, while ensuring smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial \& Sales
- Create and manage tailor\-made travel proposals within margin guidelines
- Actively contribute to profitable bookings and revenue growth
- Negotiate with suppliers and secure competitive rates
- Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities
- Advise B2B clients on travel solutions
- Translate client needs into detailed itineraries
- Build and maintain long\-term client relationships
- Handle changes, requests, and expectations proactively
- Manage bookings from confirmation to completion
- Monitor progress, payments, and logistics
- Resolve issues and handle complaints where necessary
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records in NITRO
- Manage pricing, supplier data, and client information
- Ensure complete and correct documentation at all times
Requirements
- Full\-time availability (1\.0 FTE)
- Fluent in English and German/French (spoken and written)
- MBO\+/HBO level or equivalent working experience
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or a commercial B2B environment

- Strong commercial mindset (focus on margin and sales)
- High level of ownership and independence

Pay: €2\.600,00 \- €3\.250,00 per month
