<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>About the role: </strong></span></p>
<p>FareHarbor is seeking a <strong>Group Product Manager</strong> to own, execute, and drive the success of our <strong>Core Product Group</strong>—which spans the full experience from our client-facing dashboard to the interactions their customers have. This role is pivotal in driving <strong>client innovation, optimizing for conversion, and delivering an exceptional user experience.</strong></p>
<p>As the <strong>strategic leader</strong> of this group, you will define the <strong>product vision and roadmap</strong>, manage a team of <strong>Product Managers</strong>, and directly contribute to key initiatives. You will transform business needs into actionable product strategies, balancing <strong>qualitative insights, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration.</strong></p>
<p>This role requires a <strong>strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a track record of leading complex SaaS products.</strong> Most importantly, you must be <strong>obsessed with creating client value.</strong></p>

<li><strong>Own the Core Product Group</strong> at FareHarbor, shaping its strategy and execution.</li>
<li><strong>Lead and mentor</strong> the Product Managers in your group, challenging their decision-making processes to ensure high-quality product thinking. Foster a culture of accountability, fast execution, and continuous learning.</li>
<li><strong>Drive product excellence</strong> through data-driven decision-making, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with client value, market demands, and business impact. Be relentless in pursuing customer satisfaction and product-market fit.</li>
<li><strong>Own and measure success metrics </strong>(KPIs), holding yourself and your team accountable for delivering measurable results. Regularly report on team performance and the impact of your product on key business outcomes.</li>
<li><strong>Navigate ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly</strong>, making informed trade-offs to focus on the highest-impact opportunities. Maintain a clear product vision, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate cross-functionally</strong> with Engineering, Commercial teams, Operations, and Product Marketing teams to remove roadblocks, accelerate delivery, and maximize business outcomes. Proactively identify and address risks and dependencies.</li>
<li><strong>Contribute to the company’s strategic direction</strong> by ensuring your group’s efforts align with company priorities. Continuously refine product roadmaps to meet evolving business goals and customer needs.</li>
<li><strong>Foster a bias for action within the team</strong>, promoting a sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset. Ensure the team is equipped to deliver in a high-demand environment while maintaining a high bar for quality.</li>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Requirements: </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of Product Management experience with demonstrated <strong>strategic product leadership, ideally within complex B2B SaaS </strong>environments.</li>
<li><strong>Proven leadership experience</strong> in managing and mentoring Product Managers, setting product processes, and fostering product thinking and methodology.</li>
<li><strong>Strong cross-functional leadership skills</strong>, with a history of delivering measurable results.</li>
<li><strong>Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution</strong>, making effective trade-offs based on business and user needs.</li>
<li><strong>Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills</strong>, with the ability to understand complex systems and break them down into scalable solutions.</li>
<li><strong>Excellent communication skills</strong>, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
<li><strong>Experience in sizing opportunities and translating them into products, features, and processes that drive value.</strong></li>
<li>Comfortable in a <strong>fast-paced, dynamic environment</strong>, leading with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.</li>

<li><strong>Experience building AI-enabled products</strong>, including identifying high-value use cases, partnering with Engineering and Data/AI teams, and bringing AI capabilities from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the opportunities and limitations of AI, including how to evaluate quality, reliability, privacy, and client value when incorporating AI into product experiences.</li>
