A successful Group Internal Audit Manager should have:
- Strong experience in internal audit or a similar role within the FMCG field.
- A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

- Salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
