Group FP&A Manager

As Group FP\&A Manager, located in Antwerp, Belgium, you will play a pivotal role in leading the financial planning and performance management processes of the business. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and delivering high\-quality financial insights that support senior management in making informed strategic decisions. Through robust financial analysis and performance monitoring, you will help optimize profitability, efficiency, and long\-term value creation.
The position will report to the Group Reporting and Consolidation Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting, business performance analysis, and the effective coordination of annual budgeting, forecasting, and long\-term strategic planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide detailed analysis of business results and key drivers.
- Deliver meaningful financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision\-making.
- Perform financial modelling, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial reporting and performance monitoring.
- Support the implementation of effective cost control measures and financial performance initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of financial planning and reporting processes. Organize the financial reporting calendar for the group in cooperation with the Axéréal Group.
- Lead and develop finance team members, fostering a high\-performance culture.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Support the optimization of profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- You hold a recognized professional accounting qualification, such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent certification.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, consolidation, and financial analysis, preferably within an international environment.
- Strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience managing and leading finance teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem\-solving capabilities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to convert financial data into strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with financial reporting systems such as SAP and JDE.
- Experience working with OneStream is considered an advantage.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset.
