As Group
FP\&A Manager, located in Antwerp, Belgium, you will play a pivotal role
in leading the financial planning and performance management processes of the
business. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, business
planning, and delivering high\-quality financial insights that support senior
management in making informed strategic decisions. Through robust financial
analysis and performance monitoring, you will help optimize profitability,
efficiency, and long\-term value creation.

Key
Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate financial
and management reporting, business performance analysis, and the effective coordination
of annual budgeting, forecasting, and long\-term strategic planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide detailed analysis of

- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial

- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- You
CFA, or an equivalent certification.
- Extensive experience in financial planning, consolidation, and

- Excellent analytical and problem\-solving capabilities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to convert financial
- Proficiency with financial reporting systems such as SAP and

- Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is considered
